These TE Connectivity MULTIGIG RT 3 and MULTIGIG RT 2-S connectors are a range of high-speed backplane connectors that meet the interface dimensions for VITA 46 (VPX) connectors and can operate at data speeds from 16 to 25+ Gb/s. Both the MULTIGIG RT 3 and MULTIGIG RT 2-S family of connectors are ruggedized to conform to VITA vibration standards and are rated for up to 500 mating cycles. This family of connectors are backward-compatible with the legacy MULTIGIG RT products, are customizable to meet application requirements, and include a quad-redundant contact system that guarantees connectivity.
