The i.MX7D Processor boasts a powerful Dual-core ARM Cortex A7, 1.2 GHz clock speed per core with heterogeneous multicore processing capabilities, external & flash memory support, and dual gigabit Ethernet controller supporting AVB. The development board itself complies with 96 Board specifications, runs Linux based on Debian, can operate in temperatures between 0-70C, and is 54mm x 85mm. It also features 40-pin Low Speed expansion connector to enable a strong I/O interface as well as an on-board BT and WLAN antenna. The board even enables video HD video playback at 1080p and 30fps and a capture with H.264 (AVC) and 720p with H.265 (HEVC).
