Will you match company X?
Currently matching select companies that we've defined as competitors with similar terms/conditions and inventory. Select retailers that will be matched include: Digikey.com, Mouser.com, Farnell.com, AlliedElec.com, Newark.com, and Element14.com. The term “retailer” excludes Avnet.com, Chip1Stop.com, mass source suppliers, auction sites, and third party sellers whose products are sold through a retailer’s online marketplace.
How will I get my discount/match?
Submit the website link to our Arrow.com customer service team by emailing promotions@arrow.com or calling 1-855-326-4757. A representative will verify the price and apply the appropriate discount to the immediate transaction.
Does guarantee apply to sales or other discounts?
No, this does not apply to promotions, sales or discounts.
Can I use an Arrow coupon/discount with this match?
Cannot be used in conjunction with other Arrow promotions, discounts or gift card.
How long is price match available?
To be valid for price match, the price must be available at time of sale, with match also applied at the time of sale.
What pricing types will Arrow match?
Competitor pricing must be verifiable and immediately available public pricing from listed competitors. Errors, typos or other mistakes in pricing on Arrow's products or competitors will not be valid for price match.
How many times can I use this price match?
Price match is only valid once per customer, per part. If a price match is successful, the same customer cannot get a subsequent price match for the same part.
What about tiered pricing?
Inventory quantities and pricing tiers must be identical
Will price match apply to variations of similar product?
No. The two products in comparison must be exact MPN matches. The identical item must be the same brand and model number.
Inventory & Location
Inventory location must be similar between the two products being compared. The items must also be in stock and available for immediate shipment by the select retailer* at the time of the price match.
Brand & Manufacturer
Products must be identical match in brand and product number to be eligible for price match.
