Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode US1M-E3/5AT rectifier from Vishay. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. It is made in a single configuration. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -55 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 30 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 1 A.
