Texas InstrumentsUCC3804DPWM and Resonant Controllers

Current Mode PWM Controller -0.1V to 11V 1000kHz 8-Pin SOIC Tube

Many microprocessor-driven circuits can be sensitive to varying voltages. Texas Instruments brings a solution to help control these levels with their UCC3804D current controller. This current mode controller supports boost|buck|flyback|forward topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. Its switching regulator has a frequency of 1000 kHz. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This current mode controller's maximum duty cycle is 50 %. This device has a maximum of 12 V. This current mode controller has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C.
