Are you in the design phase? Use this TPS780XXEVM-301 power management development kit developed by Texas Instruments. This part has single output. Its output produces a current of 150 mA.
Dev Kit Description
The TPS780xxEVM-301 demonstrates the TPS780330220 ultra low-power, low dropout (LDO) regulator with pin-selectable, dual output voltage levels. The TPS780330220 comes on the EVM. The EVM can be modified for use with any other products in this family. The EVM provides up to 150 mA while maintaining a low quiescent current of 500 nA. The device is powered from a 2.2 V to 5.5 V source. The output is selectable between 2.2 V and 3.3 V.
