This TPS22942DCKR load switch from Texas Instruments protects your circuit against harmful sudden current spikes. This current limited load switch's single output can produce a current up to 0.2 A. By only needing an input voltage of 1.62 V with a maximum of 5.5 V, this is the best way to control the power in your circuit. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. This current limited load switch has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C.
