This triac T850H-6G-TR thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics is a bistable switch, it will conduct when there is a current trigger and continue to be on when there is a forward bias voltage applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 84 A. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V.
