Microchip Technology's MCP1252-ADJI/MS charge pump voltage doubler will provide the proper voltage level for each component within your electronic circuit. Its output produces a current of 120 mA. With an output that has a voltage of 1.5 to 5.5 V, this is power management at its best. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2 V and a maximum of 5.5 V. This inverting charge pump has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
