Converting from AC to DC is simple when using a Schottky diode MBRD360T4G rectifier from ON Semiconductor. In order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be encased in tape and reel packaging during shipment. It is made in a single dual anode configuration. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -65 °C to 175 °C. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 75 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 3 A.
