LM20154 DC to DC Converter and Switching Regulator Chip Evaluation Board

Using the LM20154EVAL by Texas Instruments power management development kit is essential for controlling the power levels of your circuit. This part has single output. Its output produces a current of 4000 mA. This part is 96 % efficient. This part offers a switching frequency of 1000 KHz in order to work properly.
  • Dev Kit Description

The LM20154 is a full featured buck switching regulator capable of driving up to 4A of load current. The nominal 1MHz switching frequency of the LM20154 reduces the size of the power stage components while still allowing for highly efficient operation. The LM20154 is capable of converting an input voltage between 2.95V and 5.5V down to an output voltage as low as 0.8V. Fault protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, output power good, and output over-voltage protection. The dual function soft-start/tracking pin can be used to control the startup response of the LM20154, and the precision enable pin can be used to easily sequence the LM20154 in applications with sequencing requirements. The LM20154 features an open drain SYNCOUT pin that provides a signal that is 180 degrees out of phase with the internal oscillator. The LM20154 is available in an eTSSOP-16 package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance.
