OmronG7L-2A-X-SI DC12 | Low CR PCB DC RelayPower Relays
Power Relay 12VDC 40A DPST-NO(52.5x35.5x41)mm THT
G7L-X-SI DC Relay
Omron’s G7L-X series is a 2formA compact power relay capable of switching 20-30A, 1,000 VDC loads. This series now features a low contact resistance model to lower the heat generation for high DC voltage applications, G7L-X-SI. The G7L-X family is the highest DC voltage PCB relay within Omron’s portfolio, and is an ideal candidate for the main disconnect product within Energy Storage and EV charger applications.
Key Features and Benefits
- 20A at 1000VDC
(6,000 Operations at 85C) - 30A at 600VDC
(6,000 Operations at 85C)- Capable of supporting high capacity DC loads
- Low Initial Contact Resistance (10mΩ max)
- Reduces heat generation due to contact resistance
- Lower heat generation results in a lesser need for materials such as heat sinks
- Bidirectional Switching with Arc Cut-off
- Eliminates the need for two relays in the case of DC forward/reverse currents
- Swift extinguishing of arc provides a safer switching of high DC voltage loads
Target Applications
- Energy Storage Systems
- Power Conditioner Systems
- V2H and EV Charging
- High Voltage Designs
