OmronG7EB1AEDC12BYOMZ | 120A Carry PCB RelayPower Relays
High-Capacity Power Relay
This SPST-NO relay supports high current applications with high capacity load ratings. It is an extension of the G7EB family, allowing support of 120A carry currents, up from the standard 100A rating. The high capacity characteristic makes the G7EB ideal for both power conditioner/industrial inverters, EV Chargers, as well as UPS systems. This relay reduces the necessity for complex temperature designs and inclusion of heat transfer devices due to low contact resistance as compared to similar relays.
Key Features and Benefits
- Make/Break: 40A at 800VAC
Carry: 120A at 800VAC
(30,000 Ops N.O.)- Capable of supporting high capacity switching and carry currents
- Low initial contact resistance (5mΩ)
- Reduces heat generation due to contact resistance
- Lower heat generation results in a lesser need for materials such as heat sinks
- G7EB-1AP1 type compatible with competitor contact terminals
- Allows use of the G7EB in current designs that use a similar competitor relays
- Holding voltage required is 45-60% of rated voltage
- Reduces power consumption to 575mW from 2800mW when held at 45% of rated V
Target Applications
- Power Conditioner Inverter (PVI)
- Industrial Inverter
- Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
- High Voltage Designs
