This bistable switch triac BTA20-600CWRG thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics will turn on when a current is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 210 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V.
