SP Amp Current Sense Amp Single ±2.75V/5.5V 8-Pin MSOP T/R Automotive AEC-Q100
The AD8417 family of current-sense amplifiers have a typical 0.1 µV/°C offset drive, a 2.7 V to 5.5 V operating voltage range, and a common-mode input voltage range of –2 V to 70 V continuous and –3 V to 80 V survival. The range of AD8417 includes EMI input filters and has a maximum ±400 µV voltage offset over the full temperature range, which varies between –40°C minimum and 150°C maximum. The range of amplifiers has bidirectional operation with a single rail power supply and single rail output (0 A is represented at VCC/2), a common rejection ratio of 86 dB from DC to 10 kHz, and is qualified for automotive applications. The current-sense amplifiers are available in multiple IC packages, including 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP.
