Vishay's 1N5406-E3/54 rectifier can be used in a variety of applications that require a conversion of alternating to direct current. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. It is made in a single configuration. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 200 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 3 A. This rectifier has a minimum operating temperature of -50 °C and a maximum of 150 °C.
