Silicon carbide solutions for power electronic systems ranging from 10 kW to over 150 kW

Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ power modules (FM/GM) are now available in half-bridge, full-bridge, six-pack (three-phase), and T-type configurations – all with the option of pre-applied Honeywell™ Thermal Interface Material (TIM) for better thermal management and application performance.

These modules are engineered for motor drives, UPS, solar energy and isolated DC-DC converters (level 3 EV fast chargers, industrial power supplies and energy storage systems), and can be scaled to meet the needs of other high-power applications.

Wolfspeed introduces industry's first family of 2.3 kV baseplate-less silicon carbide power modules for 1500V bus applications. The new addition to Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ family was designed to improve efficiency, durability, reliability, and scalability for renewable energy, energy storage, and high-capacity fast charging sectors.
