VAST Data Quote Conditions

Arrow may cancel any order after acceptance due to changing market conditions or raw material supplier price increases.

The price for the Product set forth in this Budgetary Quote is provided for budgetary purposes only. All quoted Product pricing is subject to change until you receive a final quote from Arrow which will be issued approximately thirty (30) days prior to shipment.

If a pricing adjustment is required at such time, Arrow will issue revised pricing (“Revised Pricing”).

If the Revised Pricing exceeds the pricing set forth in this Budgetary Quote Customer may, within five (5) days following receipt of the final quote:

(i) cancel the applicable purchase order;
(ii) confirm your purchase by placing an updated purchase order; or
(iii) defer the purchase of the Product and VAST Software and Services and remain in the allocation queue for an updated future price quote.
