Texas InstrumentsMC79L05ACDE4Linear Regulators

LDO Regulator Neg -5V 0.1A 8-Pin SOIC Tube

Use this standard MC79L05ACDE4 linear regulator from Texas Instruments to vary your voltage levels to your desired level. It has an overall accuracy of ±5 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 1.7@40mA V. This voltage regulation device's single output can produce a current up to 0.1 A. Supply your circuit with sufficient power by implementing this, which requires a minimum input voltage of -7 V that does not exceed -20 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of -5 V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 60mV and line regulation of 150mV a constant current can be produced at the output of your circuit. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its polarity is negative. This voltage regulation device has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 125 °C.
