The ADuM4122 is a single-gate isolated gate driver with an adjustable slew rate and capable of 2 A output current per output pin or 3 A peak short-circuit current. The ADuM4122 has two different voltage levels, with the input circuitry having a voltage supply range of 3.3 V to 6.5 V while the output circuitry has a voltage supply range of 4.5 V to 35 V. The ADuM4122 has a positive going threshold UVLO (VDD1) at 3.3 V, with multiple positive thresholds on VDD2 of 4.4 V, 7.3 V and 11.3 V. The ADuM4122 accepts CMOS input logic levels and has a high common-mode transient immunity of >150 kV/µs, a high junction temperature operation of 125 °C and a selectable slew rate control. The ADuM4122 has safety and regulatory approvals including UL recognition per UL 1577, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5 A and VDE certificate of conformity (pending).
