TC78B011FTG Sensor-less Sinewave PWM Pre-driver for 3-phase Brushless Motor Controller Driver
The TCB011FTG is a sinusoidal 3-phase PWM chopper pre-driver for a sensorless brushless motor. Motor speed can be controlled by selecting amongst the PWM duty cycle, analog voltage and I2C. Non-volatile memory is implemented and it can be set and tuned according to the motor’s specific desired application. The TC78B011FTG also has a closed loop speed control function without the need of an external microcomputer. TC78B011FTG is used with six external MOSFET inverters that can output drive a wide range of sensorless brushless motors.
TC78B009FTG is a related device that features a trapezoidal 3-phase PWM chopper pre-driver for a sensorless brushless motor.
