Executive team

Tamara Ells is vice president and general manager of Arrow’s public sector practice, immixGroup. Before joining immixGroup, she served in a variety of sales leadership positions within Arrow Electronics, formulating revenue generation strategies for legacy and alternative consumption models through channel partners. Ells has a proven track record of developing strategic alliances and partnerships with key IT manufacturers, and leading successful growth initiatives throughout her 25-year career. She is recognized for developing winning teams and creating success-oriented cultures. Ells has received several awards, including CRN Channel Chief 2020; 2020 Women Worth Watching in Leadership, Diversity Journal Award; and CRN Power 100 Women of the Channel 2019. She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a BA in economics.

Jerahd Hollis is the chief technology officer for immixGroup, leading strategic initiatives such as CMMC and business transformation for the public sector. Hollis joined immixGroup in 2007 and is a leader with more than 30 years of technology management experience. Prior to joining immixGroup, Hollis provided IT consulting services a diverse group of organizations from commercial to federal, including to Amgen, Motorola, AFGE, Association of American Medical Colleges, BrightPoint (now Ingram Micro), Department of Homeland Security, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Hollis holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science along with an MBA. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife of 29 years where they raised their four children.

Billy Donnelly leads the development and management of strategic partnerships with key IT vendors, fostering alliances that drive innovative technology solutions for government customers. Billy’s public sector and procurement expertise enable him to bridge the gap between IT vendors, and federal and SLED agencies, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to achieve their mission objectives. Prior to joining immixGroup, Billy played a pivotal role in growing Red Hat’s presence in the government sector. He is known for his strategic insights, collaborative approach and unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities of government IT.  

Chauncey Kehoe started her public sector career supporting the Department of Interior's purchasing initiatives before transitioning to manage SLED contracts, including complex programs like E-Rate. Her skills led to building a successful portfolio and team for SLED contract management. As the Director of SLED for Arrow’s public sector business, Kehoe shapes strategic deals, drives innovative initiatives and shares thought leadership within the industry. Her team provides strategic activities and expertise to IT manufacturers and solutions providers to accelerate their SLED business. Chauncey's dedication is evident in her daily interactions with peers and clients.
