Infineon has developed a new product specific to high speed switching applications. The Introducing Infineon’s New Gen 1200 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6 brings additional benefits and efficiency improvements to the product family. Some of these benefits and improvements include the best trade-off for hard switching and resonant topologies from 10-40kHz, efficiency increases by 0.15% using a 3-pin package and 0.20% using a 4-pin package, and this latest the TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6 product replaces its predecessor – the TRENCHSTOP™ 2 and High speed 3 IGBTs.
