Initially he has worked as R&D engineer where he has developed his hands on background, and now supporting together with his team the power electronics industry Silicon Carbide revolution.
Ryan Schnell
Product Applications Engineer at Analog Devices
Ryan Schnell is a Product Applications Engineer at Analog Devices, Inc. Ryan has a background in power and control systems. His current focus is on defining and developing isolated gate drivers that use iCoupler® technology. His interests include SiC and GaN power device operation and high power IGBT control and protection. He holds a B.S./M.S in electrical engineering, and a Ph.D. in Power Electronics from the University of Colorado.
