STMicroelectronicsSTM32N655Z0H3QMicrocontrollers - MCUs
MCU 32-bit ARM Cortex M55 RISC 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V 142-Pin VFBGA Tray
The STM32N6 series is STMicroelectronics’ first general purpose MCU with ST’s groundbreaking Neural-ART Accelerator™, developed in-house to accelerate neural networks for real-time decision making and Edge-AI application efficiency. The STM32N6 is based on an Arm® Cortex®-M55 core running at 800MHz (1280 DMIPS / 3360 CoreMark scores) with 4.2MB of embedded RAM and a dedicated image processor (ISP) pipeline (parallel and MIPI CSI-2 camera I/Fs) that works seamlessly with the 600 GOPS Neural-ART Accelerator™ for computer vision applications such as object recognition and people tracking. Additionally, the N6 includes advanced multimedia features including a NeoChrom™ 2.5D GPU, H.264 Encoder (720p/1080p @ 30 fps), and JPEG hardware acceleration for high quality motion video playback. The N6’s security features include Arm TrustZone™ code isolation for the Cortex-M55 core and Neural-ART Accelerator™, on-the-fly encryption on all interfaces, and is compliant with the latest security regulation standards (Target SESIP level 3 and PSA level 3 certifications). STM32N6 MCUs are ideally suited for Drones, Smart Industry, Smart Home, Smart Farming, Personal Healthcare, Personal Healthcare, Automotive, Smart Buildings, Robots, Personal electronics applications.
