A simple current trigger will turn on this triac QK016NH6TP thyristor manufactured from Littelfuse and a forward-biased voltage will leave it on. This device has a surge current rating of 200 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 1000 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 1000 V.
