Switch from an AC voltage to a DC voltage using a switching diode FEP16DT-E3/45 rectifier from Vishay. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its peak non-repetitive surge current is 200 A, while its maximum continuous forward current is 16 A. It is made in a dual common cathode configuration. This rectifier has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C.
