Use this triac BTA41-600BRG thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics as a bistable switch in your circuit. This device has a surge current rating of 420 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
