The Atmel ATAVRTEMPSENSORX is an add­on board for the Atmel AVR® Xplained series development platform that adds
temperature monitoring functionality in embedded design applications. The ATAVRTEMPSENSORX add­on board has been
developed to allow fast system prototyping with a wide range of AVR microcontrollers. The software drivers eliminate low­
level development to ease and accelerate development. The boards and software are part of the development environment
and tool chain for AVR microcontrollers. Additionally, the ATAVRTEMPSENSORX add­on board was designed with break­
away capability to support remote temperature sensing evaluation and development.
