It has an initial accuracy of 0.1%. This voltage reference circuit supports series topology. A load regulation of 70ppm/mA and line regulation of 30ppm/V is necessary for providing a constant voltage level at your output. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging for quick mounting and safe delivery. It runs with a maximum temperature coefficient of 25ppm/°C. This voltage reference circuit has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
