IGBT and MOSFET Gate Driver Photocouplers TLP5702H and TLP5705H

IGBT and MOSFET Gate Driver Optocouplers TLP5702H and TLP5705H are optocouplers in a 6 pin SO6L package that consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC chip. It provides guaranteed performance and specifications to temperatures up to 125degree C.

Smaller than a typical 8-pin DIP package, these devices are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. An internal noise shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of +/- 50kV/us.

TLP5702H has an output peak current of +/- 2.5A(max) while TLP5705H has an output peak current of +/- 5.0A(max.
