1-Form-B (Normally Closed) Photorelay

The TLP4590A and TLP4590AF photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. It is housed in a 6-pin DIP package. The TLP4590A and TLP4590AF are suitable for replacement of mechanical relays in many applications which require space savings.
