Infineon Technologies offers the TLE5501E0001XUMA1, a specialized angle sensor with analog output. This angle sensor is designed for angular position sensing in automotive applications. The ultra-sensitive TLE5501E0001XUMA1 is AEC-Q100 validated for use in high-precision automotive environments, including steering and BDLC motor commutation.

The sensor calculates the sine and cosine angle components using Tunneling Magneto Resistance elements and outputs the data as a differential signal to be processed directly by the microcontroller. This unique configuration means there’s no need for further signal amplification.
