The TDA7297 is a 15-W dual-bridge amplifier specially designed for audio applications with two speakers. It has a wide supply voltage range of 6 V to 18 V, maximum output current of 2,000 mA, and maximum quiescent current of 65 mA when operating at 16.5 V. The TDA7297 integrates both standby and mute functions for reducing power consumption; thermal overload protection is also included. Designed in a through-hole package, the TDA7297 has dimensions of 10.7 × 5 × 19.6 mm and an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
