SN74AVC4T245PWR

Two-channel level translator with up to 380-Mbps operation, latch-up prevention, ESD protection, and an ability to operate over the full 1.2-V to 3.6-V power range.

Texas Instruments

The SN74AVC4T245PWR is a two-channel level translator with direction control, output enable, and tristate capabilities. Each translator can support up to 380 Mbps, are 4.6-V-tolerant, and support operation over the entire 1.2-V to 3.6-V power supply range. The SN74AVC4T245PWR supports partial power-down applications and prevents the outputs from operating during this mode to prevent current backflow. The SN74AVC4T245PWR latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per channel and provides ESD protection that exceeds JESD 22.  The SN74AVC4T245PWR is housed in a TSSOP package, has 16 pins, and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
