Sensirion’s SFM3200-AW sensor is an outstandingly accurate digital flow meter that measures flow rates of air, oxygen, and other non-aggressive gases. Intended for medical applications, the meter is autoclavable and cleanable, connects to standard breathing circuits, and uses a patented sensor technology appropriate to mass production where low cost and high performance are equally important.
