A complete system-in-package, this module features selectable acceleration full scales, ±50 gauss magnetic dynamic range, and both an SPI serial interface and an I2C serial interface that supports fast mode, fast mode plus, and high-speed. Embedded temperature sensor, self-test mode, and digital functions round out the feature set of this ECOPACK- ad RoHS-compliant device.
