LM2776DBVR
Switched capacitor voltage inverter with an operating current of 100 µ, greater than 90% efficiency, up to 200 mA for output of VIN, and no inductor requirements.
Texas InstrumentsThe LM2776DBVR is a switched capacitor inverter that can be used to create a negative voltage rail from a single supply. The LM2776DBVR has a voltage input range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and will produce the same voltage output, but with an opposite polarity, and can source up to 200 mA while maintaining this voltage. The efficiency of the LM2776DBVR is greater than 90%. It has a switching frequency of 2 MHz and does not require an external inductor. The LM2776DBVR requires only three external capacitors, includes an enable signal, and integrates current limit and thermal protection circuitry. Housed in an SOT-23 package, the LM2776DBVR has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
