SPI-to-ARINC 429 bus transceiver supporting both 3.3V and 5V logic, integrated transceivers for appropriate level shifting, programmable label recognition, 32 x 32 FIFO for both receiving and transmitting, self-test mode, and extended industrial temperature range.

The HI-3585PQTF is a bus transceiver designed to bridge SPI devices to ARINC 429 aeronautical networks and support both 3.3V and 5V logic levels. The HI-3585PQTF can be programmed to recognize any combination of 256 possible labels on the ARINC 429 bus and incorporate two separate 32 x 32 FIFO buffers for both transmitting and receiving. Additionally, the data rates for the transmitting and receiving can be different with a maximum speed of 100Kbps, and the HI-3585PQTF supports a self-test mode to ensure that the transceiver is working correctly. The HI-3585PQTF supports an extended industrial temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is RoHS compliant, making it applicable for the EU market.
