The ADuM7702 enables system miniaturization and reduction of torque ripple specification that improves performance and robustness of a motor control system. Proven iCoupler isolation technology offers safety and system reliability as well as allows for higher bus voltages in the inverter design further improving drive efficiency. Finally, best in class CMTI rating enables faster switching times and reduction of dead time that is often associated with the newest switching technologies such as GaN and SiC. ADuM7702/02-8 (flagship): CMOS interface is non LDO; ADuM7702 is 16 lead. ADuM7702-8 is 8 lead.
