ADF5610 Microwave Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO

Short Description

Microwave wideband synthesizer with integrated VCO with RF output range of 57 MHz to 14.6 GHz, fractional-N synthesizer, 24-bit fractional modulus, exact frequency mode and programmable output power level.

Long Description

The ADF5610 is a microwave wideband synthesizer with an RF output frequency range of 57 MHz to 14.6 GHz, a fractional-N synthesizer and integer N synthesizer modes, 24-bit fractional modulus and an exact frequency mode for 0-Hz frequency error. With an integrated rms jitter of less than 40 fs, the ADF5610 has a typical PFD spurious of less than –105 dBc and a normalized inband phase-noise floor with high current mode having –232 dBc/Hz (integer) and –229 dBc/Hz (fractional), while normal mode has –229 dBc/Hz (integer) and –226 dBc/Hz (fractional). The ADF5610 also includes programmable divide output (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128), as well as a programmable output power level.
