BGM220SC12WGA EFR32BG22 Series 2 wireless modules include a 38.4 ARM Cortex-M33 core, providing plenty of processing capability, while integrated security features provide fast encryption, secure boot loading and a debug access control. Certified worldwide and supported by robust, industry-proven software and advanced development tools, BGM220SC12WGA is a complete solution to quickly add Bluetooth connectivity to any IoT design. This module includes 352 kB of flash, 32 kB of RAM, and is available in a 6.0 x 6.0 x 1.1, SIP package. With up to 0 dBm maximum power output and an excellent receive sensitivity of -98.6 dBm, the BGM220SC12WGA provides a robust RF link for reliable communications and industry-leading energy efficiency for Bluetooth LE data transfer, location services, and low power node applications. The BGM220SC12WGA module uses Simplicity Studio 5 integrated development environment (IDE), further simplifying wireless development with kits, SDKs, and mobile app.
