BAT85S-TR
Through-hole axial, small signal Schottky diode with a reverse voltage of 30 V, peak forward surge current of 5A, and integrated protection ring for static discharge protection.
VishayThe BAT85S are small signal Schottky diodes that are housed in a through-hole axial glass package and integrate a protection ring to prevent damage from static discharge. The BAT85S has a low forward voltage drop of 240 mV (IF of 0.1 mA), reverse voltage of 30 V, peak forward surge current of 5A, and a forward current of 200 mA. The operating temperature range of the BAT85S is -65°C to +125°C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it applicable in automotive environments.
