The BAT54GWJ is a 30 V Schottky diode that includes an integrated guard ring for stress protection and is encapsulated in a SOD123 SMD plastic package. The diode has a low forward voltage of less than 400 mV, a low leakage current of 2 µA, and a reverse voltage of 30 V.
