Microchip TechnologyThe ATSAMV70Q20B-AABT is an Atmel MCU based on the ARM Cortext-M7 which includes an FPU and operates up to 300 MHz. The MCU includes up to 1,024 KB of FLASH, 384-KB SRAM, dual 16-KB cache memory, and a range of peripherals, including dual CAN-FD, high-speed USB host, eight UARs, I2S, SD/MMC, CMOST camera interface, and a 12-bit ADC. The Atmel MCU also embeds a range of additional features including integrated voltage regulator, power-on-reset, RTC, high precision oscillator, PLL, and multiple low-power features. The MCU integrates several security features, including a true random number generator, AES with up to 256-bit keys, and an integrity check monitor. The MCU is AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualification and as such has an operational temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The MCU is available in a wide range of packages including LQFP 144, TFBGA 144, LQFP 100, and LQFP 64.
