Abracon offers RJ45 jacks with internal magnetics to fit any design and support a broad set of configurations for customers that want to maximize data rate capability in their Ethernet applications. The family has many port counts, supporting up to 12 ports.

The wide range offers the ability to mix and match physical orientation of the tab, pin layouts, EMI fingers, LED colors and plating options while providing PoE and PoE+ options from 10/10 Base-T to 10G Base-T rates.

Abracon’s ethernet solutions support POE from 15 to 90 Watts to eliminate the need for cables. The shielded design offers enhanced EMI and ESD protection, making the RJ45 options perfect for harsh industrial environments.

The entire product family conforms to the IEEE 802.3 standards and are rated to 0°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C operating temperature ranges. Many configurations in the product family support paste-in-hole (PIH), a technology that allows through-hole components to be compatible with surface mount reflow assembly processes.

ARJM11 Single Port Series for Industrial Ethernet Applications

The ARJM11 series of RJ45 jacks with high-performance internal magnetics supports a wide range of configurations in 10/100Base-T, 1000Base-T, 2.5GBase-T and 5GBase-T applications. The series provides a broad variety of configurations, including LED placement, shielding options and paste-in-hold (PIH) or pin-in-paste (PIP) options.

10G RJ45s for High Data Rate Applications

Abracon’s collection features single- and multi-port 10G RJ45s designed for high data rate applications. The RJ45s feature high-performance magnetics for EMI suppression and common mode noise rejection. These series are compatible with major PHY IC’s for Ethernet applications. This range of RJ45 jacks also include the ARJM26A, which supports UPOE/PoE++ up to 720 mA current rating.
