This device operates from a single 3.3 V power supply and is qualified over the full commercial temperature range of –40°C to 85°C. It is offered in a low-profile, space-saving surface mount QFN-12 and SOIC-8 packages. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 3 V and a maximum of 4.5 V. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment.
