KEMET Electronics Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors (AO-CAP) are solid-state aluminum capacitors that feature a small package size and polymer cathode technology. The cathode is a conductive organic polymer that results in very low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequency. AO-CAPs may be operated at steady-state voltages up to 100% of rated voltage without the need to de-rate. Other features include operational lifetimes, low ESR, and high operational temperatures.
