The ISOFACE™ dual-channel digital isolators are based on Infineon’s coreless transformer (CT) technology and provide robust high-voltage isolation for a broad range of applications. They are the preferred choice for isolated gate signal transfer in high-density power designs and isolated communication, such as in a UART voltage level shifter or CAN BUS isolation.

Infineon's digital isolators are pin-to-pin compatible with competitors’ portfolio and offer improved CMTI performance and a lower current consumption with high propagation delay accuracy.
