The 74VHC14FT from Toshiba is a hex Schmitt inverter designed to achieve the high operation speed similar to a Bipolar Schottky TTL. But the 74VHC14FT maintains the low power dissipation of a CMOS design, thanks to its silicon gate CMOS technology. It is AEC-Q100 certified for use in automotive applications and features a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. Compatible with supply voltages from -0.5 to +7.0V.
